Köttbullar
Efter idag är jag himlans trött på köttbullar. Har lagat massor av köttbullar idag som jag ska ta med till Brandons släkt på söndag då det är Christmas Day här. Men mumsiga blev dom allt! Jag brukar finhacka lök och steka i lite smör och sedan blanda i det i köttfärsen, för alltid när jag använder rå lök så är "lök-kanterna" så vassa att köttbullarna går sönder, men eftersom löken blir lite mjukare då de steks blir det jättebra!
Har även lagat en liten till sats med knäck eftersom jag fick slänga lite av de brända från första satsen häromdagen. Har i princic mest förberett det mesta inför julen helt enkelt.
Imorgon fredag är vi bjudna till Brandons släkt, dvs hans styvpappas syster som har en julfest för lite släkt.

Jag har köpt en röd julig kopp som jag lagt lite te och choklad i. Sedan en plåtburk med lite svenskt hemmagjort julgodis. Och jag slog in allt i en ganska stor kartong så paketet ser så där stort, fyrkantigt ut som en present ska. Hoppas nån vill behålla min present haha! Brandon har köpt en stor chokladask och så har han tagit en trader joe¨s frysväska-matkasse här hemifrån eftersom vi ej använde den så mycket.
Nu ska jag snart borsta tänderna och läsa några sidor ur min bok och sen sova. Ska jobba imorgon bitti, slutar klockan 16.30 och då ska jag ta bussen direkt till Redondo Beach för julfesten. Har med mig ombyte, har ingen lust att dyka upp där med en gul ikeatröja som luktar kanelbulle+köttbullar!
